BOOKING PROCEDURE
1.
Call us and inform which trek you want to book on which date? Our Trek Leader will attend the call.
2.
After confirmation pay 30% of the trek booking amount by scanning QR code or you can do Bank Transfer on the bank details mentioned on the website.
3.
A trek booking Tax Invoice will be sent via WhatsApp/Email. Your trek is confirmed now.
Cancellation policy
1.
Before 30 days of trek starting date full refund (without GST).
2.
Before 29 – 15 days of trek starting date 75% of the advance amount will be refunded after deducting GST. You can avoid the deduction on booking another trek with us. If you want to reschedule your trek no deduction of money.
3.
Before 14 – 5 days 50% of the advance amount will be refunded after deducting GST. You can avoid the deduction on booking another trek with us. If you want to reschedule your trek no deduction of money.
4.
Before 0-4 days no refund will be initiated. You can’t use this amount for booking another trek or same trek on a different date. Reschedule of the trek will not be accepted.
